Foreign income and bank accounts

As a Belgian resident, you must declare all your worldwide income and property abroad in Belgium, regardless of the country in which they are located.

  • Foreign income

    As a Belgian resident, you must declare in Belgium any income you earn worldwide and any immovable property you own abroad.

  • Foreign bank accounts

    You must declare a bank account abroad both to the Central Contact Point (CCP) of the NBB as well as in your tax return.
